Forms
The Forms tab within the AutomatR Orchestrator application serves as a hub for managing forms, which are user interfaces designed to collect data and facilitate interactions. The Forms tab is a pivotal section for managing forms that play a role in data collection and user interactions. The tab provides a clear overview of available forms, featuring their names. Users can interact with forms using the Edit and Delete options within the Actions column. The search and filtering options streamline the process of locating specific forms, and the Refresh Table option ensures that the displayed form information remains current. Add Form
Here's a brief procedure for adding a form in the AutomatR Orchestrator application's Forms Tab:
Log in to the AutomatR Orchestrator application using your credentials.
Once logged in, navigate to the Forms tab within the application. This tab is where you create and manage different types of forms.
For initiating Form Addition, locate and click on the + (Add) button within the Forms tab, . This will initiate the process of adding a new form.
Enter a descriptive name for the form you are creating. This name should reflect the purpose or content of the form.
Utilize the Form Builder to construct the form according to your requirements. The Form Builder offers several options categorized as Basic, Advanced, Layout, Data, and Premium. For more details refer Form Builder Components
To add components to your form, click on the relevant category, and then drag and drop the desired component onto the Form Builder canvas. These components could include input fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and more.
You can use the search field for quickly locating few specific components you're looking for.
Arrange the added components within the Form Builder to define the layout and structure of your form. You can rearrange, and align the components as needed.
Once you've added all the required options and configured the form layout, you can click on the Preview button to see how the final form will appear to users.
Review the form's content, layout, and options to ensure that everything is as you intend.
Once you're satisfied with the form's setup, click the Add button. This will finalize the form creation process and add the new form to the system.
