Task Center

The Task Center tab within the AutomatR Orchestrator application serves as a central hub for managing and completing tasks that require user intervention. The Task Center tab presents a table with the following columns:

NameThe Name column displays the names or descriptions of tasks that require user attention.
Queue Item IDThe Queue Item ID column provides a unique identifier for the corresponding queue item.
Queue KeyThe Queue Key column indicates the key associated with the queue where the task originated.
Queue NameThe Queue Name column displays the name of the queue from which the task is derived.
CompletedThe Completed column shows whether the task has been completed or not.
  • Yes signifies that the task has already been addressed and does not require further action.
  • No indicates that the user need to interact with the task by clicking on the Complete Task option under the Actions column and enter the required details.
Created ByThe Created By column displays the entity responsible for creating the task.
ActionsThe Actions column provides options for interacting with each task:
  • The Complete Task option appears when the Completed column value indicates No. Users can click on this option and provide the inputs for the required fields to indicate that they have completed the required action for the task.
